Upon booking an appointment, I understand and agree that this coating will not prevent all damage. I also understand and agree that damage received after the professional installation of a protective coating may require the replacement of my windshield, side glass, glass roof, rear glass, or any other glass on my vehicle. Upon professional installation of our proprietary ceramic coating, DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR agrees to waive repair fees of any repairable damage received during the coating's two-year lifespan. Should the damage be unrepairable and any glass needs replacement, I agree to hold DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR harmless. I understand that DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR is not responsible or liable for any costs or replacement fees of any kind.
Windshield Repair Terms, Conditions, & Warranty Information
By booking an appointment, I understand that the repair(s) may still be visible upon completion. I understand and agree that, although extremely unlikely, if the damaged glass should fail during the repair process and replacement glass is needed, I hold DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR harmless and not liable for any costs of any kind.
DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR guarantees windshield repairs for life. If the repair fails, we will attempt the repair again free of charge. If we can not repair the damage for any reason, we will issue a full refund for the attempted repair.
Headlight Restoration Terms, Conditions, & Warranty Information
We guarantee our headlight restorations to last for three years. If the lights become hazy, oxidized, or cloudy during the 3-year lifespan of the restoration, we will restore the headlights free of charge. DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR can not guarantee to remove all scratches, cracks, fogginess, yellowing, or any other damage to the headlights. Your technician will assess the condition of the lights before and after the restoration. We will communicate directly with you about the expectations of our restoration process and results. DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR is not responsible for any replacement costs of any kind.
Professional Trim Restoration Terms, Conditions, & Warranty Information
We guarantee our trim restorations to last for two years. If the trim becomes hazy, oxidized during the two-year lifespan of the restoration, we will restore the trim free of charge. DESERT WINDSHIELD REPAIR can not guarantee to remove all scratches, cracks, fogginess, oxidation, or any other damage to the trim. Your technician will assess the condition of the trim before and after the restoration. We will communicate directly with you about the expectations of our restoration process and results.
